According to the author, both business school graduates and mid-level managers in entrepreneurial organizations are really wannabe entrepreneurs! They also speak like idiots, just like most amateur entrepreneurs who try to be entrepreneurs but really are just wannabe-entrepreneurs. Goldhaber’s book is an entertaining and enjoyable read. However, it is often filled with exaggerated stories to make the point that most of today’s so-called business school graduates are indeed wannabe entrepreneurs. While wannabe-entrepreneurs may not have much technical knowledge, they do have some superb social skills. What they lack are business knowledge and business vision, and, unfortunately, most business school graduates lack this knowledge. The author focuses on exaggerated stories in order to make a point and to entertain the reader. For example, he tells the story of the woman who asked her business card-writing service-provider for her business card. The business card of the service-provider was not printed on good quality paper but on rather poor paper! The business card of the service- provider was very confusing, seemingly written in a foreign language, and quite difficult to understand. Goldhaber intends to make a point that many so-called business school graduates are wannabe-entrepreneurs because they don’t have business knowledge. To make this point, Goldhaber tells many stories of exaggerated wannabe-entrepreneurs who speak like idiots. But he uses a humorous approach to deliver the message. There is no doubt that the author gets very personal with some of the stories and the stories appear rather believable. Goldhaber is an attractive writer, and the reader can easily understand his message. It is easy for a reader to find errors or exaggerations in the stories he has told; most of the stories appear too good to be true. But what is the point of the story? The business school graduates in question are just wannabe-entrepreneurs without business knowledge or business knowledge. They often cannot differentiate good business (typically new business) from bad business (typically old business). So, they depend on professionals who really know the difference. They therefore often have no idea what type of business they should pursue. They often get intimidated, and they therefore often decide to fail. The

The study also points out how a business person can learn to speak without the grammar and language that lay persons use in their everyday conversation. Why Business People Speak Like Idiots is not just a simple book that points out all the pitfalls that people and most especially business people can fall into when they are not careful. It is a book that will give you a good understanding and tell you all what can go wrong when you do not want to admit that you do not know. There is nothing in Why Business People Speak Like Idiots that is false. However, it should be noted that the author is not a professional writer. An editor could have done a better job of formating this book but it is still a good book. One does not have to be a professional writer to learn from this book. How do you learn from this book? The best way is to buy it and read it. The subtitle should be read as you read it. But be careful and read it carefully. Unless you are a professional writer and you are at a loss as to how to get a book written read it carefully. Read it slowly and then once you get the main points of what the author is trying to say, go back and read it carefully until you get the points he wants to make in the book. This is the best way to learn from this book. Goldhaber is an expert on bullfighting. He explains the essentials and one does not need to get a bullfighting background to understand this book. He explains the language and the mentality of the business person that has not stepped out of the world of the business world. It is not the business person’s fault, or if it is, he should be blamed for not learning how to act like a normal person. This book is not a self-help book where the reader is told to do something. The author tells the reader how to act in life and what should be avoided at all costs and the business person should not accept this form of stupidity. The ideas in this book are true whether you are a business person or not. There will be no happiness or sense of fulfillment if your head is empty.
